Fat Olives began in Flagstaff, Arizona as a mobile catering company over 25 years ago by award-winning chef, John Conley.
Vera Pizza Napoletana is a traditional style of pizza found in Naples, Italy. We use only the finest imported Italian ingredients to produce truly authentic thin crust, wood fired Neapolitan pizza. Fat Olives serves true Italian pizza — natural, pure, the way it was intended.
