Tuesdays 
  • McCall Method Movement Therapy 12:00 - 1:15 pm Lisa Ann McCall PT, Cost: $45 
  • Reiki Sound Healing Clinic 9:30am- 11:00am Lisa Shea Cost $30
Wednesdays
  • Somatic and Polyvagal Healing Yoga for Trauma Recovery 11:00 am -12:30 pm, Cami Birdno, Cost: $45 for drop-in, $225 for 6-class course $225
  • Tai Chi 5:30pm - 6:30pm, Shawn Bowker RN, Cost $20
