This program is a 6-Week (Beginner-Friendly) Virtual Running Program with training schedules that gradually increases your endurance to eventually run a 5K. Training meets you where you are and helps develop your walking, jogging or running capabilities. Throughout the program we will focus on: Running Basics Nutrition Traditional running aspects Holistic goal setting We will have weekly in-person meet-ups that will include: short informational session and group workout followed by a light snack. Every Thursday from 5:30 to 6:45 pm at the NACA Wellness Center/Your Home/Trail **Zoom option available**
