During this session, we’ll cover:

  • How the VA legally defines PTSD under the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)

  • The eligibility requirements for filing a VA disability claim for PTSD

  • The difference between PTSD and anxiety ratings for compensation purposes

  • How the VA evaluates PTSD claims and assigns disability ratings

  • What to do if your claim has been denied or underrated

There will be time for Q&A at the end. Veterans and their families are encouraged to attend and learn how to protect their rights and access the support they've earned.
