Event Description:

Get ready to join the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce, Flagstaff, and all of Arizona in celebrating the birth of our great nation at this year's 4th of July Parade! There will be over 100 floats driven by local businesses and community organizations.

The 19th Annual Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce 4th of July Parade is presented by Pepsi and Twin Arrows Casino Resort.

***For All Particpants***

  • Pepsi will be providing printing services for banner creation for all participants in need of one. Cost per banner is $35.
  • Please provide us with the following details for your banner placement and media display:
  • Exact text you want displayed on your banner. Three sentence maximum. Remember, these banners will be on your moving vehicles.
  • Your company logo. The higher the resolution the better.
  • Cutoff for submission is June 20th.
  • Email all files to events@flagstaffchamber.com

Parade Float ($65):

  • Registration Fee with no additional sponsorship is $65
  • Up to 35 people, 2 vehicles and 40 word maximum Emcee announcement

Main Stage Sponsor ($500):

  • Your business’s or organization’s $65 parade entry fee is waived with sponsorship.
  • Logo on Main Stage Sponsor Banner located in Heritage Square
  • Sponsor mentions by Main Stage Emcee a minimum of 8x during parade
  • Logo and sponsor recognition on event programs distributed prior to parade
  • Sponsor recognition on Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce website and newsletter
  • Social media and Radio coverage

Block Sponsor ($350):

  • Your business’s or organization’s $65 parade entry fee is waived with sponsorship
